Milford Man arrested for Church robbery

Milford police have arrested ad charged a 27 year old Milford man following the investigation of a robbery of a local church.  Officials say they found enough evidence to link Marque Anthony to the April 7th robbery, and issued a warrant for his arrest. 

Anthony was located by Milford police a few days later on the 200 block of NE Front St. and he was taken into custody.  Authorities say Anthony became irate after being transferred to the police station, and refused to submit to fingerprint and photo processing. 

Milford Police say Anthony was charged with 3rd degree burglary, theft under $1,500, and failure to comply with taking photos and fingerprints.  Police say he was arraigned and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $4,000 secured bond.
