Marijuana, heroin seized by Milford PD after month long investigation
Milford police say over 250 grams of marijuana, 11 bags of heroin and a handgun were seized after a month-long investigation into a residence at the Silver Lake Estates Apartment Complex.
We’re told 34-year-olds Michelle White and Wayne Williams were arrested last Friday (4/22) after a search warrant revealed the two were in possession of the drugs and gun. Police say two children, ages eight and ten, were also living in the residence.
According to police, both White and Williams face the following charges:
- Possession with the Intent to Deliver Heroin
- Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana
- Possession of a Controlled Substance Tier 1 Quantity
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
- Two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
We’re told Williams was also charge with Possession of a Firearm by Person Prohibited.
Police say White was committed to WCI on $41,000 secured bond.
Williams was reportedly committed to SCI on $56,000 secured bond.
