Magnolia man charged in parking lot altercation

A Magnolia man has been charged stemming from a fight in a Perdue Farms parking lot last December.  When Milford police arrived on scene, the investigation revealed that 25 year old Robert Tyler had just fled the scene, after threatening and fighting with another man.

Officials say Tyler drove to the parking lot to confront the other man.  There was a short physical altercation, before the other male went to get a sword and machete out of his vehicle according to police.  Authorities say Tyler then fled, but has been arragined and released.  Tyler has been charged with terroristic threatening, offensive touching, and disorderly conduct.
