Laurel Softball upsets Lake Forest

The Laurel Bulldogs softball team got their third win of the season, topping Lake Forest 9-6 at home.

6 starters scored at least one run in the game for the Bulldogs, with Lexie Ullman, Briana Allen, Hannah Layton, and Maria Solis all knocking in runs. For Lake, Kerrigan Simpson and Faith Garey were amongst the Spartans with RBIs.

Laurel is back in action on Monday, hosting St. Thomas More, while Lake plays again on Tuesday against Smyrna.
