Kent Co. man takes plea deal in 2013 Dover Murder

Shaquielle Boulden, of Dover, Del.

A 21-year-old Dover man accused of stabbing 20-year-old Rashaad Lewis, entered a plea Tuesday morning.

Shaquille Bolden was initially facing several charges, including first degree murder. However, he took a plea deal Tuesday in Kent County Court, and pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

Bolden was one of two suspected charged in the death of Lewis, who was stabbed during a large fight on South New Street in July of 2013. He later died of his injuries.

A sentencing date for Bolden has been set for May 12. The other suspect in this case, Kinon Teat, pleaded guilty to manslaughter last month.
