In light of closing, Talbot Co. Allen Harim employees must move on

An update was given Tuesday during the Talbot County council meeting on the Allen Harim facility that is set to close in July.
Council president Corey Pack tells 47 ABC that the workforce reinvestment group has already begun meeting with employees about their decisions to either retrain and move with the company to locations such as Seaford, Del.,or look for other jobs entirely.
Pack said it’s not great news, but the council is optimistic that all 56 of the employees who live in Talbot County will find work.
Pack said they are still looking into what the economic impact will be of losing the 325-person facility.
