Gold Alert issued for missing Bridgeville man

Members of the Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Frederick Ricketts, 71, of Bridgeville who Troopers say was last seen around 6:45 A.M., Wednesday, at his home on First Street.

Police describe Frederick as a black male, 5’10” tall, 167 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.

According to State Police, Troopers have been unable to make contact with Frederick to check on his welfare, and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.

State Police say he may be operating a white 1995 Eddie Bauer Edition Ford Explorer with Delaware registration PC194988.
