Eagles Soar Past Wildcats

The Smyrna girls soccer team topped Delmar on the road Tuesday evening, winning it 5-2. With this win the Eagles improve to 3-1 on the season, while the Wildcats are 3-2. 

The Eagles were lead by Casey bell who scored three of the five goals for her team. The other two goals were scored by Jade Edwards, and Nikki Pratt. 

The Wildcats were lead by Logan Walls. The 8th grader notched in both of Delmar’s two goals of the night. 

Up next for Smyrna, they host Polytech on Thursday, while the Wildcats travel to Laurel.
