Eagles Snap Skid, Soar Past Jags

The Snow Hill baseball team snapped their 2 game losing streak Monday when they traveled to Washington and rolled to a 10-0 win. The win improves the Eagles to 5-2, while the loss drops the Jaguars to 0-5.
Snow Hill would waste little time before going right to work. Back to back double would give them a 1-0 lead after the 1st, before going on to tack 2 more in the 2nd, highlighted by a RBI base knock from Tyler Raber. Washington would then settle down for a minute as Julius White would string together a couple strike outs, along with good defensive play in the field to help keep their team in it. Snow Hill though would find their rhythm at the plate in the 4th, and begin to pull away. Zack Donoway would hit a RBI double, followed by another RBI double shortly there after by Josh Coleman. The lead quickly grew to double digits, and the Eagles defense would close it out for the win.
Snow Hill returns to work on Tuesday when they travel to play Pocomoke, while Washington travels to play Mardela on Tuesday.
