Cape Wins Big Over St. Mark’s

The Cape Henlopen boys lacrosse team hosted St. Mark’s Wednesday night and won big, by a score of 16-3.
With this win the Vikings improve to 5-2 on the season.
It was a close contest in the first quarter. the score was 2-1 going into the second quarter. By the time it was halftime the score was 8-2 with the Vikings scoring 6 in the second quarter. They came out the second half on fire scoring 6 more to make it a 14-2 game to enter the final quarter.
The Vikings were lead by Jacob Brown with 5 goals on the night, and his teammate Hank Coveleski had 2.
The Vikings are back in action next Wednesday as they host Polytech.
