Adams lifts Decatur in the 14th inning to win over Easton

Zach Adams punched a RBI single just past the extended arm at short stop to score Lane Dillion, as Stephen Decatur outlasted Easton 2-1 in a marathon 14 inning game on Saturday afternoon.
The game, lasting a total of 3 hours and 15 minutes, started out looking like it would be a great game offensively for both teams. Easton and Decatur both plated runs in the first inning. The teams would both squander chances for the next 13 innings, as pitchers Bailey Littleton, Triston McDonough, and Will Sass (Decatur) and Jack Wheatley and Ryan Farr (Easton) would duel it out.
Both teams are back in action on Tuesday, Decatur hosts Crisfield, while Easton travels to take on Kent Island.
