47 ABC test out largest fixed play on the Eastern Shore

Beach Bounce in West Ocean City unveiled the largest fixed play on the Eastern Shore on Friday.
Brandon Womer, the maintenance manager says, “It’s definitely very cool. I know when we get off at nights we’re going to play on this thing.”
It’s 20 by 25 feet wide, 15 feet tall, and made of all sorts of materials. It has more than eighty different elements and can hold up to eighty kids. 47 ABC’s Jobina Fortson was the first one to try out the brand new structure.
Of course she couldn’t just leisurely play, so she got out her war paint and went head to head with 47 ABC’s Lissette Nunez. Their time keeper was their intern Bradley Davis.
This maze was not as easy as it looks. Jobina and Lissette had to climb up tubes and hop over obstacles. It was a struggle for Jobina. She says, “I can’t do this!”
Lissette took a different route from Jobina, but she found her way down the slide with a slightly more graceful exit.
Bradley Davis says, “Alright guys so how was it?”
Jobina says, “It was really terrible. I don’t think I should have worn socks. It really slowed me down. I still think I beat Lissette.”
Lissette continues, “I think I won. I got some bruises on my knees, but I think I was pretty fast.”
Lissette won by seven seconds. Jobina would have demanded a rematch, but there was an army of kids ready to flood the gates, so they were let in to play.
