Woman charged with strangulation and assault in Milford

A Milford woman is facing charges, after she apparently assaulted someone inside of a Milford home.

Milford Police say on Wednesday, Officers arrested Breanna Snyder, after an investigation into an altercation that happened at a house on Tabard Drive. According to the report, Snyder and someone else were arguing, before it turned physical, during which the victim suffered minor injuries.

After her arrest, Snyder was charged with strangulation, assault third degree, and criminal mischief. She was later arraigned, and ordered to be held on $7,100 bond. There is now a now contact order between Snyder, and the victim.

Snyder is apparently scheduled for a Preliminary Hearing in the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on March 24.
