War Over Before It Began, SU Rolls Shoremen

The Salisbury University men’s lacrosse team stayed perfect on the year as they rolled Washington College Wednesday night 14-2. The win improves the Sea Gulls to 8-0 on the year.

Salisbury built up a quick lead, getting a score from James Burton just over 40 seconds into the game, and then getting another one from Thomas Cirillo just a couple minutes later. The Sea Gulls would take a 25-1 lead into the second, where they continued to find the back of the net. Brendan Bromwell and Carson Kalama would both fire in a couple shots as the lead would balloon to 9-1 at the half. The defense continued to be dominate in the second half as SU would coast to the win, claiming the Charles B. Clark cup for the 3rd straight year.

SU returns to action on Saturday when they travel to play Mary Washington.
