Wanted Cambridge woman behind bars on theft charges

A Cambridge woman has been charged, after Investigators say she stole money from her roommate.

The Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office says on Saturday, they arrested 26-year-old Kimberly Lindsey. According to the report, Lindsey was wanted in connection with a theft that happened back on January 1, where she was accused of taking $700 from another person in her residence.

After her arrest, Lindsay was charged with fourth degree burglary with intent to commit theft, and theft under $1,000. She was then ordered to be held at the Dorchester County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
