UPDATE: Victim identified in Dover pier death

Troopers in Delaware say, they are conducting an investigation into the death of a man found dead at the Port Mahon Pier in Dover.
According to Delaware State Police, troopers were called to the fishing pier located on Port Mahon Road just before 12:40 PM on Wednesday, for reports of an unresponsive man. Troopers say, when they arrived they located the man, later identified as 24-year-old Dontray Hendricks, of Dover. Kent County Paramedics also responded and reportedly pronounced Hendricks dead at the scene.
Hendricks body has reportedly been turned over to the Division of Forensic Sciences where an autopsy will be conducted to determine the manner and cause of death.
No further details are available at this time as detectives continue their investigation.
