UPDATE: Suspect sought in Salisbury Shore Bank armed robbery

Police in Salisbury say they are continuing to investigate an armed bank robbery, and are looking to identify a suspect. The incident apparently happened on Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM, at the Shore Bank on Route 13 south.
Officers arrived on scene, after they were contacted by bank employees, and learned that an armed, unmasked man walked into the bank, pulled out the handgun, and demanded money from the employees. According to the report, the employees handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, before he ran from the bank on foot.
Police describe the suspect as a man with a medium to light complexion, standing 5′ 8″ tall, weighing 180 pounds , with a medium build, aged between 30 and 35-years-old. He was apparently last seen wearing a yellow hard hat, a yellow safety vest, light colored pants, and a dark colored jacket. The suspect apparently had a weapon displayed during the incident. The suspect apparently ran north from the bank.
The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office K-9 assisted in the investigation, and tried to track the suspect, but they say they weren’t able to locate him.
