UPDATE: Salisbury man charged with failure to appear

Law enforcement has released new details about a second arrest, that happened at the same home as an attempted assault involving a half naked Salisbury man, on Tuesday.
The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office says on Tuesday around 7:25 PM, a Deputy arrived at a home on Pheasant Drive in Salisbury, to arrest 23-year-old Tyler Shores, of Salisbury.
Shores was wanted on a District Court Bench Warrant, that was issued after he failed to appear for a theft case earlier that same day. Shores was arrested, charged with failure to appear, and taken to the District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance, where he was ordered to be held at the Wicomico County Detention Center, on a $10,000 bond.
At the same home on Saturday around 2:00 AM, Investigators say 42-year-old Mark Townsend only in his underwear, had started walking towards a Deputy yelling aggressively, and was eventually taken into custody. He was then charged with attempted assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
Shores and Townsend are apparently roommates.
