Two teens sought in Seaford shooting

Police in Seaford are looking for two teens, who apparently shot a man during an argument.

Seaford Police say on Tuesday around 7:40 PM, Officers responded to Griffin Street, for reports of shots fired. Once on scene, Officers say they found a 30-year-old man inside of a home, with a gunshot wound to each leg. Seaford Fire Department Ambulance took the man to Nanticoke Hospital, where he was apparently treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

During the investigation, Officials say they determined that the victim was in the parking lot of Chandler Heights Apartment Complex, when he got into a verbal argument with two Seaford teen boys, a 14 and a 16-year-old. Police say the 16-year-old shot the victim during the argument.

The victim was apparently able to run into a home on Griffin Street. Seaford Police say their Criminal Investigations Division is currently investigating the incident, and warrants are on file for the two teen suspects. They are now facing assault, conspiracy, and firearm charges.
