Two accused of assaulting and robbing man in car in Quantico

A Quantico woman, and a Princess Anne man are facing charges, after Investigators say they assaulted an robbed a man, before leaving him on the side of the road.
The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office says on March 17, 30-year-old Courtney Ferrell, and 29-year-old James Davis III, picked up a man, and started driving towards Quantico. According to the report, during the ride, Ferrell pulled onto the side of a dark country road, Giles Lane near Catchpenny Road, where Davis grabbed the man around the neck from the backseat.
The victim told Authorities that Ferrell then started searching his pockets, and took his wallet, before they pushed him out of the vehicle. He was apparently left on the side of the road, while the pair drove off.
The Deputy says they were able to identify Ferrell and Davis, as suspects, and get warrants for their arrests. Once they were located, and taken into custody, the two were charged with robbery, assault second degree, and theft under $1,000.
They each then had an initial appearance with the District Court Commissioner, who ordered them held at the Wicomico County Detention Center, each on a $150,000 bond.
