Suspect uses credit card belonging to 70 year old victim

Delaware State Police need help identifying the woman pictured, in connection with unauthorized purchases made on a credit card.  Police say the purchases occurred Wednesday morning, including a gas purchase of over $50.  The credit card belongs to a 70 year old woman according to police.

DSP describe the suspect, caught on surveillance video as a middle aged woman around 5′ 4″ weighing 200 lbs.  The suspect was last seen wearing a peach colored jacket, and may be operating a silver minivan.
