Shots fired in Dover, information sought

Police in Dover are looking for information, after eight bullets were fired on Wednesday afternoon.

Dover Police say the incident happened on March 23, just before 12:30 PM, in the area of Cecil and New Street in Dover. According to the report, a man, wearing all black, fired at a white SUV or truck.

Police say one round hit the windshield of a Chrysler Sebring nearby, but the vehicle that is believed to have been the intended target, left the scene before police arrived. At this time, the investigation is apparently on-going.
