Kent Island Loses a Heartbreaker to Williamsport

Kent Island girls basketball faced Williamsport in the 2A State Semifinals on Friday and lost after a tough battle 33-54 ending their season. 

The Bucs were lead by Se’Ri Miles with 13pts on the night. She possibly would have had more, but after she fouled out in the fourth quarter, she was sent to the bench to watch from the sidelines. 

It was close early on with Williamsport and Kent Island only separated by three points at halftime, but the wildcats came out the second half an entirely different team and just kept scoring.
