Jersey Mike’s benefits Autism Delaware on “Day of Giving”

Jersey Mike’s locations in Dover, Rehoboth Beach and Salisbury have been raising money for charity throughout March and on Wednesday, at all three locations, all of the proceeds will be donated to Autism Delaware.

Owner Brad Mouly tells 47 ABC that about 2,5000 donations were taken totaling about $4,000. He says by the end of the day, he hopes and believes that number will reach $12,000-$13,000.

Mouly told 47 ABC, “March is our annual month of giving and that’s where we select local charities to help support a cause and we’ve been collecting donations all month across our company,” Said Mouly. “We’ve had a really great response.”

Frank Shade with Autism Delaware told 47 ABC, “It will help us provide our advocacy programs, the parent programs, the clinical programs and every dollar counts,”

Throughout March, patrons were able to donate in amounts of $1, $3 and $5.
