Police in Dover say they are looking into the robbery of an elderly woman, in front of her home.
Dover Police say it all happened around 9:30 PM, when the 74-year-old woman was getting out of her vehicle, in front of her Fiddler Green home. According to the report, a man then ran towards her, and stole her purse, before he ran into a silver sedan parked across the street from her house, and drove off. The purse apparently had an undisclosed amount of cash inside, along with other personal items.
Police say the victim described the suspect as wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, standing 5’8″-10″ tall, driving the silver sedan that had faded paint on the front drivers side fender. The investigation into this incident is on-going at this time.
