Harrington man charged in leap day home invasion

Milford Police say, a 34-year-old Harrington man was arrested and another suspect is still at large after an alleged robbery of a Milford home.
Investigators say, Marlo Tolliver and an unknown suspect were armed with handguns when they forced their way into the victims’ home on North Church Street on Monday. The suspects reportedly restrained and assaulted a 36 year-old male victim, then removed personal items from him. While this was happening the 25 year-old female victim who was reportedly forced into one of the rooms inside the home, was able to escape to contact the police. Police say, both Tolliver and the unknown suspect fled the home before they arrived. Tolliver was reportedly later located by Delaware State Police and turned over to the custody of Milford Police on Tuesday.
Tolliver is being charged with home invasion, robbery 1st degree, kidnapping 1st degree, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by person prohibited, possession of a weapon in a school safe zone, reckless endangering 1st degree, conspiracy 2nd degree, reckless endangering 2nd degree, assault 3rd degree, criminal mischief under $1000, unlawful imprisonment 1st degree, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony and criminal impersonation of a police officer. He is being held at SCI in default of $240,500 secured bond.
