Gunfire outside of Dover night club under investigation

Multiple gunshots that were fired at a Dover night club this weekend are reportedly being investigated by The Dover Police Department.

According to reports just after 1:30 AM on Sunday, officers responded to a call of about 400 people loitering in the parking lot of Bubba’s Night Club on North DuPont Highway. Police say, as they were clearing out the crowd gunfire erupted in the area. Officials report no injuries were found, and the only thing hit was a vehicle. During a search of the area officers reportedly recovered 22 shell casings from two different caliber firearms in the parking lot near the front entrance of Bubba’s.
