Four arrested in apparent brawl at Brew River in Salisbury

Four Maryland men were arrested early Friday morning, after several fights apparently broke out in the parking lot of a Salisbury bar.
Salisbury Police say on Friday around 1:45 AM, Officers responded to Brew River on West Main Street, for reports of a disorderly crowd, and multiple fights in the parking lot.
Once on scene, Officers say they found several active fights happening outside of the business, and ended up making two arrests for those incidents, including 23-year-old Montez Hopkins, of Salisbury, and 23-year-old Malik Holland, of Princess Anne. Hopkins and Holland were both charged with disorderly conduct, and affray. Hopkins was apparently additionally charged with assault second degree.
Police say as they continued to assess the situation, they saw 21-year-old Anthony White, of Salisbury, try to throw a punch at a Brew River employee, and another person. According to the report, when Officers tried to intervene, White pushed an Officer, and when they were attempting to take him into custody, 22-year-old Marcus Morton, of Owings Mills, assaulted the Officers as well. Both White and Morton were charged with assault second degree, and disorderly conduct.
Salisbury Police say there were no serious injuries reported, and no Officers were injured in the disturbance. Salisbury Police say they were assisted by members of the Maryland State Police, Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office and Fruitland Police Department.
