Easton Police officer receives kidney from co-worker

Co-worker prepares to donate kidney to Easton police officer

After months of an emotional roller coaster ride, Easton Police officer Lenox Trams received a kidney from a co-worker on Friday.  The surgery was a success, 47ABC is told the kidney is actually working better than expected.

Jill Garvey, who is a management assistant at the station, is reportedly doing well after the surgery.  47ABC has been told that Trams will need to be under surveillance for the next 24-48 hours.

Trams’ family says that he is doing well, but still needs prayers.
