UPDATE: Three arrested in New Year’s Eve Waffle House robbery

Three arrests at DSU have been linked to the investigation into the robbery of a Waffle House in Camden, that happened on New Year’s Eve, along with several other incidents throughout the state.
Delaware State Police say on Wednesday, Kameron Scott, 18, of Camden-Wyoming, Anthony Stafford-Jordan, 19, of Wilmington, and Devin Thomas, 19, of Newark, were all arrested by Delaware State University Police on an unrelated incident on campus. Police were apparently responding to a noise complaint at one of the dorm buildings. During the arrest of the three, Police say they found that Scott was wanted by Troopers for a November 2, 2015 incident, that happened in the Beechwood Development, where a 27-year-old man was shot in the lower torso.
Police say they also noticed that Scott was wearing clothing that matched video surveillance of a series of robberies being investigated throughout the state. University Police also reportedly recovered a 9mm handgun that was found in Devin Thomas’ possession, that is believed to be used in committing the string of robberies.
All three men were then taken to Troop 3 in Camden, where they were each charged with robbery first degree, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, and conspiracy second degree, for the December 31, Waffle House robbery.
Scott was additionally charged with attempted murder first degree, robbery first degree, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and conspiracy first degree, for the November incident.
State Police say the three were also charged by Dover Police Department, Camden Police Department, and Milford Police Department for robberies that happened in those jurisdictions, while more charges are pending with the Delaware State Police for additional robberies that were committed in New Castle County.
Dover Police say they charged the three, in connection the four armed robberies that have happened in the area, since January 7. Investigators were apparently able to link the three to a January 14 robbery of the Wawa on North DuPont Highway, by their sneakers, that were reportedly seen on surveillance footage of the incident.
Dover Police say they charged Scott, Stafford-Jordan, and Thomas, in the Wawa robbery; a January 7 robbery at the Grocery Basket on North Bradford; the robbery of the Hollywood Diner on January 18, and the robbery of the 7-11 February 1, both of which are on North DuPont Highway.
All three were charged with first degree robbery, and second degree conspiracy. Thomas and Stafford-Jordan were additionally charged with possession of firearm during commission of felony, wearing disguise during commission of felony, and carry concealed deadly weapon.
Anthony Stafford-Jordan and Devin Thomas were both held at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $301,000 cash bond, and $268,000 cash bond, respectively. Scott is also being held that the JTVCC, on a $131,000 cash bond.
Delaware State Police say another, unidentified, suspect is wanted by investigators, for their involvement in the robberies.
