According to the reports, the witness utilized his right to remain silent, and chose not to testify.
Following that witness, was a second, who officials say apparently shared a jail cell with the first, from September to October of last year.
He reportedly made an agreement with authorities, to wear a wire.
The recording from that wired conversation, was played in the courtroom earlier this afternoon.
Officials say during the conversation between the two men, the first apparently admits he shot Skinner.
