UPDATE: NASA MUSIC launch rescheduled for Monday

The rocket launch that was scheduled for Monday, but was postponed because of various issues including weather, has been rescheduled.

NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility says that the Terrier-Improved Malemute suborbital sounding rocket carrying the MUSIC payload will be launched on Monday, February 29 between 9:30 AM and 12:10 PM.

Officials say the weather has not been acceptable to conduct the mission this week and is not expect to improve in the next few days, making for the later rescheduling.

Backup dates for the MUSIC launch are also set for March 1 and 2, with the same launch window.
