UPDATE: Mistrial declared in Daequan White trial

A mistrial has been declared, for a man accused in a Wicomico County murder investigation.
On Thursday evening, after almost six hours of deliberations, a mistrial was declared in Daequan White? trial.
Just after 4:00 PM, the jury apparently just told the Judge, they were 8 to 4, and “not budging.” They were sent back to continue deliberations. The Judge declared a mistrial about an hour later.
Twenty-year-old White is facing dozens of charges including first degree murder, in connection with the death of 20-year-old James “LJ” Skinner, who was killed last May.
