Smyrna Wins on the Road at Cape, Ties for Second Place

Cape Henlopen hosted the Smyrna Eagles Tuesday night and ended up losing a tough match-up 64-47.
Both teams put up a good amount of 3-pointers to keep the match-up interesting. The Vikings had three 3-pointers from Ian Robertson, and one from Izaiah Dadzie. Smyrna had one each from Dymer’e Richardson, Charlie Taylor, Caleb Matthews, and Javier Worthy who put up 21 points on the night for the Eagles.
With Smyrna winning, they now tie Cape for second in the Henlopen North.
Up next for Cape, they travel to Sussex Central on Friday while Smyrna travels to take on Salesianum on Thursday.
