Rams storm back to capture first city championship

The Parkside Rams captured their first ever outright city championship on Thursday night, defeating Wi-Hi 74-64.
Guards Raequan Williams and Xavier Waters scored 19 points a piece to lead the Rams, while forward Gary Briddell scored 20 points and pulled down 15 rebounds. For Wi-Hi, Jordan Brittingham scored a game-high 30 points, knocking down 6 three pointers. Corey Jones scored 10 points for the Indians.
Parkside will travel to Pocomoke next Tuesday to try to knock off the Warriors, while Wi-Hi will host Mardela the same day.
