Pocomoke thrashes rival Snow Hill

The Pocomoke boys basketball team got an impressive road victory on Thursday night, defeating a red-hot Snow Hill team 75-43.
The Warriors got a big first half out of reserve guard Tyree Thornton, and jumped out to a 34-23 lead at the half. The Warriors would keep the defense going in the second half, allowing just 20 points in the final 16 minutes to cruise to a 32 point win.
The win pushes Pocomoke to a 19-3 overall season, as the Warriors finished 15-1 in the Bayside South. Snow Hill finishes the regular season 11-10.
