Pair charged in spree of thefts from vehicles in Dover

The Dover Police Department say, they have charged two Dover residents with numerous thefts from vehicles, that happened between October 4th and December 1st, 2015.
During that time, police say the department responded to 46 complaints of thefts from unsecured vehicles, in various locations within Dover city limits. An investigation apparently led to 24-year-old Richard Henderson and 24-year-old Eliza Agosto as suspects, after they were arrested by New Castle County Police in late 2015, for similar thefts in New Castle County.
Investigators say, Agosto would drive through various neighborhoods in the Dover area, as Henderson would check the handles of vehicles, while on foot. Henderson would then reportedly go into the unlocked vehicles, and remove items of value.
Both Henderson and Agosto are both now charged with theft over $1,500-victim over 62, two counts of theft over $1,500, conspiracy 2nd degree theft under $1,500 – victim over 62, conspiracy 3rd degree, criminal mischief, 64 counts of theft under $1,500, and 66 counts of trespass 2nd degree.
Henderson is currently being held on a $44,700 secured bond, while Agosto is being held on a $44,700 secured bond.
