Information sought in attempted home invasion investigation in Seaford

State Police say they are investigating an attempted home invasion in Seaford.
Delaware State Police say around 6:50 PM on Monday, a 32-year-old was in the living room of her Loblolly Drive home, when she heard knocking at the side door.
The woman then apparently looked out the window, and reportedly say two men dressed in all dark clothing, with masks over their faces.
One of the men apparently asked for one of the residents of the house by name. The woman tells Police that she told the men that who they were looking for wasn’t home, at which the suspect apparently tried to open the door.
Police say the victim then fled to a bedroom, where she called 911, during which she could hear the men trying to open the door, along with a single gunshot.
The two then apparently fled in an unknown direction.
The victim was apparently uninjured in the incident, but was taken to an area hospital where she was treated for an undetermined medical condition, and later released.
Police describe the suspects as males, 20-25 years of age, last seen wearing all dark clothing with masks partially covering their faces, with one or both of them possibly armed with an unknown type firearm.
Troopers say the incident was not a random act, and that the home was likely targeted. Anyone with information is asked to contact Troop 5 at 302-337-1090 or Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
