Gold Alert issued for missing Hartly woman

Police have issued a Gold Alert for a missing 31-year-old Hartly woman.

According to Delaware State Police, Peggy Sue Wright was last on Friday around 9 p.m. after she left her home in Hartly.

We’re told there is a concern for Wright’s safety and welfare as troopers have been unable to make contact with her to check on her welfare and attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful.

Police describe Wright as 5’0″ tall, weighing about 100 pounds. She has dark brown or black hair and was last seen reportedly wearing flowered sweatpants and a camouflage sweatshirt.

If anyone has any information in reference to the whereabouts of Wright, they are asked to call Troop 3 at 302-697-4454.
