Four Seaford juveniles charged in church criminal mischief incidents

Four children have been charged, after Police in Seaford say they were linked to several church vandalism incidents.
The Seaford Police Department says they investigated several criminal mischief incidents, that happened at the Seaford Presbyterian Church on Bridgeville Highway from between February 6 and 9. Police say the suspects had thrown rocks and sticks at several windows and exterior light fixtures, damaging the property.
On Wednesday, Police say they arrested three of four juveniles, a 15-year-old, a 13-year-old, and a 11-year-old, all boys of Seaford, on felony criminal mischief, and felony conspiracy charges. The three were released after being charged, pending a hearing in Family Court.
Arrangements are apparently being made for the fourth suspect to turn himself in on Friday. Officials with the Attorney General’s Office in Georgetown say that two other juveniles were not charged in the incident, due to their ages.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact the Seaford Police Department at 302-629-6644 or Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
