Easton man accused of raping teenager

An Easton man is facing multiple counts of rape, in connection with the rape of a teenager. Easton Police say on Monday, Detectives arrested 26-year-old Abel Roblero-Lopez, on an arrest warrant.

Police say the warrant charges Roblero-Lopez with three counts of rape, two counts of sex abuse of a minor, sex offense, and assault. The charges apparently stem from an investigation that reportedly revealed that Roblero-Lopez raped a 13-year-old, several times.

Police say no other details will be released, due to the sensitivity of the investigation. After his arrest, Roblero-Lopez was ordered to be held at the Talbot County Detention Center.
