Dover PD looks to identify Valentine’s Day thief

Dover Police are asking for your help finding a man they say stole hundreds of dollars worth of flowers from a grocery store.

Dover Police Department posted a photo on Facebook Monday with the text quote “he may have stolen his significant other’s heart on Valentines Day, but he also stole those flowers from Safeway” .

Police say the value of the stolen flowers is $229.
