Crisfield vacant home fire ruled as arson

A vacant home in Crisfield, was apparently set on fire early Thursday morning.
The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office says the flames at the vacant three story home on Sackertown Road, were discovered by a passerby, around 12:45 AM.
Thirty five firefighters from Crisfield and Marion Fire Departments reportedly responded, and had the two alarm blaze under control in about an hour. No injuries were reported. Damages are estimated to total $20,000.
Investigators say the fire started on the front porch of the home, and has been ruled as arson.
