Clerk arrested for firing gun near customer

A Fulton Deli clerk was arrested Saturday after police say he fired a handgun following an argument with a customer.
The incident happened just around 9 a.m. Saturday when a man entered the store.
According to police, he and the clerk identified as 58-year-old Mahyoub Ali were involved in an argument over spilled coffee.
We’re told the customer left the store but was allegedly followed by Ali.
Once they were both outdoors, police say Ali fired one shot into the air near the victim. He was arrested without incident and charged with Reckless Endangering, Aggravated Menacing, and Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony.
Police have not released Ali’s mugshot and bond information as of 4:40 p.m. Saturday.
