Cambridge man charged with burglary

A Cambridge man is facing charges, after Police say he burglarized a home.

The Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office says on Sunday, they arrested 21-year-old Branden Abbott, in connection to a burglary and theft that happened back on February 4. Abbott is accused of burglarizing a home on Sloop Road.

After his arrest, he was charged with theft under $100, two counts of theft under $1,000, and fourth degree burglary. Abbott is now being held on a $20,000 bond.
