Bomb threat investigation underway in Milford

Police in Milford say they are investigating a bomb threat that was called in on Tuesday, causing the evacuation of two schools.
Milford Police say around 9:45 AM, they were notified by Milford Senior High School staff that an automated bomb threat call was received at the school. Both the Milford Senior High School and Milford Central Academy were then apparently evacuated, while the campus was searched.
Police say both building have since been re-opened; with students and staff returning. Officials say they believe that this incident is connected to others in the area.
