UPDATE: Truck driver may face charges in Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel crash

The driver whose tractor-trailer plunged into the Chesapeake Bay last week, could be facing charges. That’s according to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel Police.
Matthew Killmon was hospitalized after his truck went over the side of Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel. Killmon was apparently trying to pass a slower vehicle.
At this time, officials say the truck is still in the water because the weather has not cooperated with plans to remove it. Authorities tell 47 ABC, they hope to get that begin that process Thursday.
