UPDATE: Trial of second Dover murder suspect delayed

The trial of a man charged with murder in Dover has been moved delayed, five months. According to the Delaware Department of Justice.

The trial of Shaquille Bolden will now take place on May 16th.

According to reports, the trial was initially scheduled for sometime in the second week of January.

Bolden is one of two suspects charged in the death of Rashaad Lewis, who was apparently stabbed during a large fight on South New Street back in July of 2013. He later died of his injuries.

The other suspect in this case, Kinon Teat,  pleaded guilty to manslaughter back in December.

A spokesman for the Department of Justice says he is expected back in court for a sentencing on February 11th.
