Police say they won’t be filing charges in a Delmar pedestrian crash, that injured a child.

Delaware State Police say the incident happened around 2:40 PM, on Tuesday on Delmar Road. The eight-year-old child was apparently air-lifted to Johns Hopkins with non-life-threatening injuries. They were reportedly released later in the evening.

No charges were filed against the 58-year-old driver.
