Troopers issue Gold Alert for missing Millsboro man

Delaware State Police say, they need help in finding 65-year-old Roger Mussard of Millsboro who has been missing since early Thursday morning.

According to reports, Mussard was last seen around 5:00 AM at his home on Spring Water Drive in the Long Neck Shores Development. Officials believe he may be operating an orange 2015 Honda CRV with Delaware registration number 92742.

Troopers report they have been unable to make contact with Mussard to check on his welfare and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.
